1. Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Service Usage
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful or violates these Terms.
3. Payment Terms
- The Service may offer paid subscription plans.
- For monthly subscriptions, we will charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the beginning of each billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for monthly subscriptions and a 30-day money-back guarantee for lifetime purchases.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PlayNote and its licensors.
- You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with providing the Service to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PlayNote, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
